Defence's JP2077 (MILIS) training roll-out has now been delayed and a decision is pending whether or not Go-Live will still occur on 30 November 2009. Industry sources suspect that Defence is looking at pushing Go-Live back to 30 June 2010 for a number of reasons including posting cycles and stocktaking requirements. Horsell Consulting has been involved in the Train the Trainer program and will shortly assist with ADFLM Maintenance Training around Australia.

Defence's DMOSS Panel Refresh are now set to announce the results throughout August 2009 due to an unprecedented response from industry. Defence's ASLAV/Tank Through Life Support Tender is due out this month after much delay and industry anticipation. It is expected that responses will be due in by February 2009.
Industry concern over the process is that the tender will be limited to component overhaul only and may provide limited opportunity to add value.
